We don’t have to do anything that’s uncomfortable for you. Does it give me more information to see you down there with my own eyes? Yes. But there are ways around it if that makes the experience easier.
+ DO YOU ONLY ACCEPT MEN FOR YOUR 3 DAY WEEKEND INTENSIVE™?
No, I work with both men and women with persistent pelvic pain. I know how upsetting and frustrating it can be with the shoe on the other foot, having suffered from pelvic pain myself.
The 3 Day Weekend Intensive Program™ is tailored individually for male and female pelvic pain with an exclusive Hands-On Training Guidebook™ and access to an invaluable resource library that takes the research out of your hands (and keeps embarrassing search history off your browser).
+ CAN I SUBMIT THE WEEKEND INTENSIVE™ TO INSURANCE FOR REIMBURSEMENT?
Unfortunately, no. Insurance rules are crazy -- they don’t even cover hearing problems. The 3 Day Weekend Intensive™ is a wellness program, with ongoing support and not just focusing on the “physical" part of therapy. Integrative and functional medicine/lifestyle coaching are not covered by insurance.
+ WHAT IF, AFTER THE INTENSIVE, I LATER DECIDE THAT I WOULD LIKE EXTRA FOLLOW-UP SUPPORT?
Remember that your 3 Day Weekend Intensive includes two follow up support calls and “quick question” email access. But yes! Additional 30-minute, virtual consultation sessions can be scheduled (additional fees apply).
+ CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM IF I DON’T LIVE IN NORTH CAROLINA?
Absolutely! I’d love for you to visit Asheville. Many participants travel from various parts of the world to participate in the program.

I know that planning a trip can be challenging, but never fear, I’ve got you covered! After you sign up to the 3 Day Weekend Intensive™, you’ll get a follow up email with a detailed list of items and information you’ll need to help make your visit to Asheville a wonderful experience.
+ CAN I WORK WITH YOU IF I DON’T HAVE A DOCTOR WHO IS CURRENTLY TREATING ME?
In order to participate in the 3 Day Weekend Intensive, it’s recommended that you consult with your doctor or healthcare professional prior. You want to make sure all “big ticket” items and red flags have been cleared. If you’re nervous about who to see or don’t know if you need to see a doctor, the exploration call with me is set up so that we can determine what next steps are appropriate for you to take.
One of my roles is to provide you with ongoing physician and team-building recommendations. But if you already have a physician you like, I encourage you to visit them before beginning the program, and to continue to visit and be treated by your healthcare professionals. If your physician or other team members want to speak with me, we can arrange that.
+ IF I ENROLL IN THE 3 DAY WEEKEND INTENSIVE, CAN I ALSO RECEIVE ADDITIONAL PRIVATE TREATMENT FROM YOU?
You sure can! Private Treatment Sessions are a la carte for a fee and can be scheduled during your 3 Day Weekend Intensive™.
+ WHEN CAN I SCHEDULE MY 3 DAY WEEKEND INTENSIVE™?
You can book it right now! And the sooner we get it in the books, the better. The 3 Day Weekend Intensive™ is available twice a month. I only schedule two participants at a time (you're seeing me exclusively and will not have interaction with other participants.)
+ CAN I PLAN OTHER ACTIVITIES (OR SQUEEZE IN SOME WORK) DURING OUR 6 DAYS?
During the day, it’s best if you block out the whole weekend for just you and me, and play the rest by ear. You’ll be scheduled to come in (solo) on three consecutive days for 2-3 hours each day (this length of time is approximate depending on your needs, learning style, and learning pace). Training times on each day can vary depending on availability. When you’re not seeing me, you'll have free time to rest, book in a massage or a hike, recharge, explore the city, or hang with anyone you brought with you.
+ WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE 3 DAY WEEKEND INTENSIVE™?
Here is my Pre-Service Cancellation Policy: (1) Client Termination: if you decide to cancel the Intensive, you may do so for any reason and at any point up until ten (10) business days (a business day is Monday through Friday, including any state or federal holidays) prior to your Virtual Consultation. You agree to notify me - and receive confirmation of my receipt of the notice - by email. A Refund will be issued, minus a $100 administration fee, within ten (10) business days of my receipt of your termination notice. (2) Dr. Gronski Cancellation: if I decide to cancel the Intensive, I may do so for any reason and at any point up until ten (10) business days prior to your Virtual Consultation, and I will notify you by email and telephone. No administration fee will be deducted and you will receive a full Refund. (3) Even after cancellation by either of us, all of the terms of this Agreement, including all of the Investment, Refund Policy, and Intellectual Property terms, will still apply to both of us now and in the future.
Refund Policy: It’s my intention for you to be satisfied and thrilled with your Intensive. Though I consistently produce them for my clients, I do not guarantee results. I invest considerable time and effort in your Intensive, and once your Virtual Consultation has been completed, at any point thereafter, if you decide to terminate this Agreement for any reason, you are still fully responsible for making all payments if applicable, and no refund will be provided. If you fail to complete Program payments, I will charge your credit card on file for the remaining balance.
Emergency Reschedule Policy: Once you have made the program payment in full, I’ll book your Intensive and reserve the calendar dates for your appointments. After I have booked it, and if there is an emergency, I allow you to reschedule once; you must rebook the Program date within twelve (12) months of your original scheduled date. If you fail to rebook the Program within twelve (12) months of your original scheduled date, you will forfeit the Program payment.
+ THIS SEEMS TO WORK EVEN FOR PEOPLE WHO’VE BEEN TO THERAPISTS LIKE YOU WITHOUT SUCCESS. WHY ARE YOU DIFFERENT?
It’s true. I think it’s because I connect with people on a human, rather than clinical, level. And, I use modern paincare science, evidence-based practices that most practitioners don’t have because they’re not taught in school. (They should be.) Finally, I put recovery in your hands, where most practitioners think it’s in their own. But the biggest difference comes down to results:

+ WHAT SHOULD I WEAR WHEN I COME TO SEE YOU?
Please wear something comfy like shorts or sweatpants and a t-shirt. And because we’ll be exploring an intimate part of your body, you’ll probably take off your skivvies (underwear!). But don’t worry, I won’t just let you hang out in the nude. You’ll have a soft blanket ready for you to drape over yourself for maximum relaxation and privacy.
