Below are some healthy alternatives to everyday foods that may harm those little guys!

Experts say, that as little as one hour of exercise per day can lead to as much as 48% higher sperm count than those men who exercised less than an hour per day.

Stress can play a significant role in the overall health of your sperm. High amounts of stress can lead to a multitude of health issues. When you add high stress on top of health issues, you’re creating the perfect recipe for unhealthy sperm; thus affecting the quality and quantity of your sperm. However, there are many ways to manage your stress properly! Meditation, exercise, sufficient sleep, and proper diet are just a few options that will lead you to a healthier life and healthier sperm.
