3 WAYS TO TURN YOUR PELVIC PAIN INTO A PAIN-FREE ERECTION

It's not uncommon for guys to struggle with sexual function especially if they're dealing with pelvic pain. Sexual issues can range from performance anxiety, to premature ejaculation, and erectile dysfunction. So cut your man some slack and listen up because I've got some helpful tips that will help him get back on the right track.

1. Diet - You are what you eat. The more belly fat you have the smaller your penis will get. Yup, you can lose up to 1 inch in size with weight gain. Talk about fatal retraction! So put down that big gulp and start eating whole foods, lots of greens, and healthy fats like walnuts, avocados, and lean meats. Going green will help you in between.

2. Sexercise... Oops! I mean exercise - A healthy combination of weight training and cardiovascular exercise like jogging or walking can boost up your testosterone levels. More T = stronger Mr. Winky. That goes without saying, if you don’t use it, you lose it fellas.

3. Chill out - Stress can be a major buzzkill in the bedroom. Getting an erection isn’t just about what’s going on in your head “down below”, it’s also about what’s going on upstairs too.

And if your partner is struggling with pelvic pain, we need to talk ‘cause chances are there’s no boom boom happening in your bedroom. When you're struggling with pelvic pain the last thing you're thinking about is sex. This can be frustrating for both you and your partner and can really do a number on your relationship.
