YOGA TO LAST LONGER IN BED: EXERCISES FOR BETTER ERECTIONS AND PREMATURE EJACULATION

Welcome back to our special three-part Pelvic Floor Yoga series, featuring Yoga Teacher Jake Panasevich and Pelvic Health Specialist Dr. Susie Gronski, PT, DPT as we explore the connection between yoga, pelvic floor muscles, and male sexual function (better erections and enhancing sexual pleasure!).

Dr. Susie will start this session by teaching us about the important role that pelvic floor muscles play in the processes of erection and ejaculation. These physiological reflexes are influenced by various factors, including the nervous system, blood flow, hormones, and emotional and mental factors, among others.

Jake Panasevich will guide you through specific yoga exercises to address erectile difficulty and premature ejaculation. These practices will include breath-focused body awareness and techniques to regulate the nervous system, pelvic floor exercises, and yoga poses and exercises to improve low back, pelvis, and hip mobility, specifically aimed at enhancing sexual pleasure.
