The goal of this module is to create more positive experiences with touch and movement, lessening the need for protection, which means less pain! That depends what “everything” includes. But I’ve found repeatedly that the men who take this program, who’ve been let down by other solutions, finally got relief from this program. The materials and resources I give you simply aren’t in the toolbox of most physicians or health practitioners out there.

In addition, no therapy will work if you can’t make the appointments (especially when driving is an issue). A method you can stick with -- eg, one you can do at home -- will always work better than one you have to skip.

You’ll feel more confident and safer to explore your body, and explore the activities that you’ve avoided because of pain.
