+ I’M A LITTLE SHY ABOUT BEING NAKED. IS THAT OK?
We don’t have to do anything that’s uncomfortable for you. Does it give me more information to see you down there with my own eyes? Yes. But there are ways around it if that makes the experience easier.
+ CAN I SUBMIT THE 3-DAY INTENSIVE™ TO INSURANCE FOR REIMBURSEMENT?
Unfortunately not. Insurance rules are crazy. They don’t even cover hearing problems. The 3-Day Intensive™ is a wellness program with ongoing support. It doesn’t just focus on the ‘physical’ part of therapy. Integrative and functional medicine, and lifestyle coaching are not covered by insurance.
+ WHAT IF, AFTER THE INTENSIVE, I LATER DECIDE THAT I WOULD LIKE EXTRA FOLLOW-UP SUPPORT?
Remember that your 3-Day Intensive includes one follow-up support call and ‘quick question’ email access. But yes, you can get more support! Additional 30-minute virtual consultation sessions can be scheduled (additional fees apply) or you can sign up for the Private(s) Membership to have monthly access to me.

+ CAN I WORK WITH YOU IF I DON’T HAVE A DOCTOR WHO IS CURRENTLY TREATING ME?
In order to participate in the 3-Day Intensive, it’s recommended that you consult with your doctor or healthcare professional prior. Make sure all ‘big ticket items’ and red flags have been cleared. If you’re nervous about who to see or don’t know if you need to see a doctor, the exploration call with me is set up so that we can determine what next steps are appropriate for you to take.
One of my roles is to provide you with ongoing physician and team-building recommendations. But if you already have a physician you like, I encourage you to visit them before beginning the program, and to continue to visit and be treated by your healthcare professionals. If your physician or other team members want to speak with me, we can arrange that.
+ IF I ENROLL IN THE 3-DAY INTENSIVE, CAN I ALSO RECEIVE ADDITIONAL PRIVATE TREATMENT FROM YOU?
You sure can! Any additional time is à la carte for a fee and can be scheduled during your 3-Day Intensive™.
+ WHEN CAN I SCHEDULE MY 3-DAY INTENSIVE™?
You can book it right now! And the sooner we get it in the books, the better. The 3-Day Intensive™ is offered during the weekday or weekend (prices will vary). Weekend dates book up fast! I only schedule two participants at a time (you're seeing me exclusively and will not have interaction with other participants.)
+ CAN I PLAN OTHER ACTIVITIES (OR SQUEEZE IN SOME WORK) DURING OUR 3 DAYS?
During the day, it’s best to block out the 3 days for just you and me, and play the rest by ear. You’ll be scheduled to come in (solo) on three consecutive days for 2 hours each day. (This length of time is approximate depending on your needs, learning style, and learning pace). Training times on each day can vary depending on availability. When you’re not seeing me, you'll have free time to rest, book in a massage or a hike, recharge, explore the city, or hang out with anyone you brought with you.
+ WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE 3-DAY INTENSIVE™?
(1) If you decide to terminate the Intensive, you may do so up until fifteen (15) business days prior to your scheduled intensive date. You agree to notify me and receive confirmation of my notice by email. A partial refund will be issued, minus a 10% administration fee, within 15 business days of my receipt of your termination. (2) If you cancel within fifteen (15) business days before your scheduled intensive date, a 50% partial refund will be issued. (3) If our virtual exploration call has already been completed, an additional $145 will be deducted from the refund. (4) If I decide to terminate the Intensive, I may do so for any reason and at any point up until fifteen (15) business days prior to your scheduled intensive date, and I will notify you by email and telephone. No administration fee will be deducted and you will receive a full refund. (5) Even after termination by either of us, all of the terms of this Intensive, including all of the Investment, Refund Policy, and Intellectual Property terms, will still apply to both of us now and in the future. It is my intention for you to be satisfied with your Intensive. I do not guarantee results. I invest considerable time and effort in your Intensive, and once we begin your Intensive in person, at any point thereafter, if you decide to terminate the Intensive for any reason, you are still fully responsible for making all Intensive payments if applicable, and no refund will be provided. Emergency Reschedule Policy: Once you have made the Intensive payment in full, I will book your Intensive and reserve the calendar dates for your appointments. You may reschedule your Intensive once in the event of an emergency and can rebook the program within twelve (12) months of your original scheduled date. A 10% administrative fee will be charged if you decide to reschedule within fifteen (15) business days of your Intensive start date. If you reschedule within the (15) business day period and later decide to cancel, a 50% partial refund will be issued.

It’s true. I think it’s because I connect with people on a human, rather than clinical, level. And, I use modern paincare science, evidence-based practices that most practitioners don’t have because they’re not taught in school. (They should be.) Please wear something comfy like shorts or sweatpants and a t-shirt. And because we’ll be exploring an intimate part of your body, you’ll probably take off your skivvies (underwear!). But don’t worry, I won’t just let you hang out in the nude. You’ll have a soft blanket ready for you to drape over yourself for maximum relaxation and privacy.
+ WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE 3-DAY AND 6-DAY ONE-ON-ONE INTENSIVES?
The obvious is the 3 extra appointments in my office. The 3-day program is like running a 5k, a sprint to the finish line; while the 6-day program is like running a marathon. A sprint works your brain and body in short bursts; it’s fast-paced and challenging. Based on feedback, many who booked a 3-Day Intensive wish they had upgraded to a 6-Day, which is slower-paced and retrains the mind and body to be patient and dedicated. The 6-day program participants also get free access to my Women’s DIY Pelvic Pain Relief Program and will leave their first appointment with a goody bag filled with pelvis-friendly freebies.
