Today we’re going 50 Shades of Grey on you! All things sex, bondage, and kinky stuff.

To help answer all of your burning questions I’ve got the sexy, Dr. “Kinje” Brooks coming to us from Arkansas. Nope, we’re not in Kansas any more friends 😜

Dr. Brooks is a Doctor of physical therapy who focuses on both pelvic and gendered health and pain management. She consults for sex education courses and kink organizations and has been an active advocate in bringing the LGB and trans-competency education to medical professionals.

Dr. Kinje tells us that when couples explore outside of their comfort level the hardest thing they face is wondering if their partner’s going to think they’re a freak. BDSM (which stands for bondage, dominance-submission, sadism, and masochism) is unique to the person and their partner. BDSM can range from role-playing to barbed wire.

It’s important to learn the risks, and minimize them so that you can have safe, sexy fun.

What’s the difference between BDSM and abuse? The main difference is that abuse is non-consensual and with BDSM you communicate through everything.

Communication is key when exploring sexual boundaries and having fun in the boom-boom room.

So before you go exploring with whips and chains, listen to today’s In Your Pants episode to quench your curious pleasures in both a sexy and safe way.
