Tantra Sex Tips for Men

“Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live.”

—Jim Rohn

Putting the pieces together 🧩

Dominique D’Vita shares ancient techniques practiced by royalty.

These sexy secrets, reserved for leaders and rulers, show that when you’re better in touch with yourself and your inner world, you can have a bigger impact in your community.

It’s a two way street: what’s happening outside of the bedroom is also what you’re bringing into the bedroom. Your presence in life and relationships mirror intimacy.

We all have our own inner critic, and mixed with societal pressures of hyper-masculinity—emotional toughness, courage, physical strength, and getting sh*t done—this mindset is hindering the experience of experiencing true connection, vulnerability, and tender intimacy.

Instead of looking for fault in yourself, look for wonder.

Being in the present moment, letting go of societal conditioning and feelings of inadequacy, fear, expectation, and doubt. The human body is profound.

Turn your attention to other parts of your body. Your body is loaded with nerve endings from head to toe that have the capacity to feel different sensations of pleasure.

Your pleasure potential is limitless! What’s pleasurable for you?

Tantric exercises and tips:

Tapping into the breath

Deep breathing allows you to discover and focus your energy: sexual energy is your passion, desire, and attention.

Meditation is a practice in being in tune with your body and mind through the breath. Caught up in thoughts, detaching from the logical mind allows you to tune into all that you can experience in life!

Notice what you’re noticing.

Slow motion sensations

Step 1- place your hands together, palms touching, and rub them together very quickly, generating friction and heat. Stop.

What did you feel?

Step 2- place your hands together, palms barely touching, and rub them together very slowly. Fingertips skimming across the surface of your palm. What do you feel? What sensations are you aware of?

Slowing down allows you and your partner(s) the opportunity to feel even more.

Growth through presence

Live in your own authenticity! Vulnerability is a strength.

The size that matters (and no, it’s not the size of your penis 😉), is the size of your energy:

  • Practice being fully present, not only focused on what’s happening to your genitals. Absorb yourself in the mental experience and physical sensations from the tips of your toes all the way to the top of your head.

  • Cultivate compassion and connection with your partner, and with yourself, outside the bedroom.

  • Willingness to be vulnerable and fully trust your partner(s).

Give yourself space to drop expectations that you have on yourself or you think others have placed on you and embrace all of who you are.

Circumstances change. There is potential and opportunity to dream big and get back to doing what you love.
