It includes key markers such as fasting glucose, insulin, ApoB, hs-CRP, triglycerides, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, total cholesterol, liver markers, kidney markers, and a complete blood count.

It includes key markers such as vitamin D, vitamin B12, folate, vitamin B6, RBC magnesium, zinc, iron, ferritin, iron saturation, and a complete blood count.
This panel can be especially helpful for men experiencing fatigue, low energy, digestive issues, restricted diets, low nutrient intake, chronic stress, pelvic pain, urinary symptoms, frequent illness, heavy training demands, or those who want more targeted guidance before starting or adjusting supplements.

Designed to look beyond testosterone alone and explore the nutrition, metabolic, cardiovascular, thyroid, and hormone-related patterns that may influence sexual function, libido, erectile function, energy, mood, body composition, exercise recovery, and overall vitality. It includes markers related to testosterone status, blood sugar and insulin regulation, cholesterol and vascular health, thyroid function, nutrient status, iron balance, liver and kidney function, and general blood health.

A comprehensive stool test that may provide insight into gut microbiome patterns, digestive function, inflammation, and potential microbial imbalances. This testing may be especially helpful for patients with ongoing digestive symptoms, bloating, bowel irregularity, post-antibiotic concerns, or cases where digestive health may be contributing to broader pelvic, urinary, sexual, or overall wellness concerns.
* For patients working with Dr. Jason Stevens, lab testing may be used to better understand the nutrition, metabolic, inflammatory, digestive, pelvic, urinary, and sexual health patterns that can influence how men feel and function.

To start, all new patients are seen by one of our incredible pelvic health therapists. You can decide between scheduling a 90-minute evaluation or a 30-minute consultation online or in-person.
The Pelvic Health Evaluation comprises a comprehensive review of your health history, an examination, and the development of a detailed care plan designed to address your pelvic and sexual health concerns.During a 90 minute evaluation, your pelvic therapist will:
— Take ample time to listen to your story, understand your concerns, and address any questions or apprehensions you may have.
— Conduct a thorough pelvic health exam which could include checking the external genitalia, assessing the pelvic floor muscles, and possibly performing an internal rectal or vaginal exam.
— Rehabilitative pelvic floor ultrasound assessment to visualize your pelvic muscles and organs, improving pelvic floor awareness, coordination, and muscle control during therapy (Advanced testing includes additional fees).
— Discuss the assessment of any findings.
— Work collaboratively with you to set personalized goals and develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses your specific needs.
Time outside of your session is also dedicated to detailed clinical documentation, care planning, and coordination. Following your appointment, you will receive a full evaluation report with findings and personalized recommendations to support your ongoing care and treatment goals.
We understand that your pelvic health may be sensitive and personal, and want to ensure that you feel comfortable and heard throughout the entire process. Our priority is to support your emotional and physical well-being, and we are dedicated to providing trauma-informed care that is sensitive to your unique experiences and needs.
The Pelvic Health Consultation is a conversation that helps you decide if our clinic or pelvic health therapy is right for you.During a consultation, you’ll:
— Share a brief summary of your concerns.
— Ask questions about your pelvic or sexual health and potential treatment options.
— Learn about pelvic health therapy and how our clinic uniquely brings together pelvic therapy, sexuality counseling, mental health therapy, and nutrition therapy.
— Receive advice based on your unique situation.
Please note that a consultation doesn't establish a patient relationship and our pelvic therapists will not be able to diagnose or create a comprehensive treatment plan during a consultation.
If you’d like longer than 30 minutes to discuss you concerns, you can schedule an extended consultation here, email us at support@drsusieg.com, call or text the office at (828) 545-2996. -
Prior to your initial appointment, you'll receive a brief nutrition questionnaire to fill out. This will assist your nutritionist in tailoring their approach specifically to your needs. With your permission, your nutritionist will collaborate with your pelvic therapist and the rest of your care team to gain a comprehensive understanding of your individual situation.
During your first session, you and your nutritionist will delve deeper into your background and experiences to identify opportunities where nutrition-focused strategies can effectively address your concerns. Our goal is to provide a non-judgmental space for you to talk about your health concerns and create nutrition-focused solutions to tackle them. You'll walk away empowered with tools to feel better. -
In addition to addressing concerns with chronic pelvic pain, digestion, urinary health, and sexual health, nutrition counseling can address issues with blood sugar, cardiovascular health such as high cholesterol or high blood pressure, food sensitivities or intolerances, and more. Many patients take dietary supplements and medications, and these can often interact in unexpected ways. Your nutritionist will take a look at your health history, medications, supplements, typical dietary patterns, and food preferences and consider all of these factors together when developing a plan.

No way! A lot of patients are understandably anxious about this before their first visit. Our philosophy is to meet patients where they're at and help them develop a relationship with food that honors the importance of food in all aspects of life. Food is vital to health, but it's so much more than just nourishment--it's family, culture, and an expression of ourselves. We'll work with you to help you find balance.

Our clinic does not follow protocols or set a generic number of sessions. Your health blueprint is unique and we believe in an individualized care plan based on your specific needs, goals, and resources.
After your initial nutrition therapy appointment, you and your nutritionist will discuss an approximate number of sessions that are informed by the complexity of your health concern.
