3 TIPS TO INCREASE SEMEN VOLUME

Worried about how much you ejaculate or if the force isn’t enough? First— you’re okay, even if this has changed recently (it’s not a medical emergency): both can vary each time you have sex.

The best news? The science says there’s no correlation between semen volume and pleasure.

Think it’s not enough cum? Semen volume can vary between 1/2 - 1 teaspoon (Sorry, fellas. Peter North’s cumshot is just entertainment).

If you’d like to increase semen volume to improve fertility or your own satisfaction there are three strategies that can help:

  • Strengthen your muscles around the base of the penis (you don’t need to jump straight into kegels, there are plenty of other exercises for your pelvic floor)

  • Get curious about what gets you aroused

  • Talk to your doctor about medications (there are some that can help)

  • Learn what semen actually is! Fluids that make up your semen come from your bulbourethral gland, littre glands, prostate, testicles (in the form of sperm), and 65-80% comes from the seminal vesicles.
