Medications like Alpha-adrenergic medications can help keep the bladder sphincter closed during ejaculation.
Training your pelvic floor muscles. Pelvic floor muscle coordination strengthens muscles and nerves helping to reduce retrograde ejaculation.
Consulting with a fertility specialist if there are fertility concerns.
Talking with your doctor about medications you are taking that may cause retrograde ejaculation.
