PREMATURE EJACULATION IN MEN WITH CHRONIC PELVIC PAIN

Ejaculation, before you’re ready for it, happens to 20-30% of men worldwide; but with men who have chronic pelvic pain syndrome or have been diagnosed with “chronic prostatitis,” this rapid ejaculation happens in 26-77% of men.

Rapid ejaculation is only a problem if it’s distressing. If you, your partner, or your relationships are being impacted, you can increase time before ejaculation and finish when you want.

There’s not a lot of encouragement for men to explore touching yourself with curiosity. Instead, there’s a lot of social pressure and stigma around what male sexual performance should look like.

If you’re struggling with ejaculating before you want, get curious and play around with touching yourself.

Ramp up your pleasure with different stroke styles, pressure, intensity, friction or lubricant, but stop just before the point of no return. Allow yourself to relax (just for a little bit). When you feel calm, you can start touching yourself again.

When you’re ready to ejaculate on your own terms, finish when you want.

Put a pause on the pressure to reach a specific sexual goal and put the focus on seeing what you really enjoy.

If you’d like more, follow along with a guided masturbation
